Select Options > Request Receipts > Request a Delivery Receipt. We do offer Email Plans powered by Office 365 which should allow the setup of Read Receipts. If you send an email from Yahoo Mail and dont receive a failed delivery message, the email was delivered to your intended recipients email system. Select Options > Request Receipts > Request a Read Receipt. I have heard of some users having success using clients such as Outlook which allows the setup of read receipts, but this often requires the address to have IMAP enabled. Green is online, an empty white circle indicates offline or presence unknown. These indicate if the sender is online with Skype or Skype for Business. This feature isn't available for accounts, or for IMAP or POP accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo!, or iCloud. In Outlooks preview pane, in an opened message, or when composing messages you may see little balls near the sender or recipients name. Select Options > Request Receipts > Request a Read Receipt.
